The Lowtons Foundation for Education and Culture (FUNLEC) is governed by a pedagogical proposal guided by seven principles: God, Family, Morality, Nature, Education, Homeland, and Work. Therefore, all classes taught at FUNLEC locations are planned in order to:<\/span><\/div>
To provide individuals with a deep connection to God, recognizing Him as the architect and balance of the universe, possessor of values \u200b\u200band good feelings;<\/span><\/div>
To highlight the family as the foundation of the human being, being the environment of experiences that shape personality;<\/span><\/div>
To reinforce morality, using it as a means to value the customs and attitudes necessary for social balance, based on philosophical, humanitarian, and spiritual arguments.<\/span><\/div>
To contemplate nature as a source of biodiversity and to present pathways to ecological balance;<\/span><\/div>
To understand teaching as the essential path to raising levels of comprehension and expanding knowledge.<\/span><\/div>
Understanding the indispensability of performing good deeds in the country where one lives, as a way of taking ownership as a citizen and as a human being.<\/span><\/div>

Currently, the program established by the Grand Masonic Lodge of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul (GLMEMS) and its affiliated Lodges, in conjunction with the support of the Public Authorities through agreements and the municipal governments, serves the community in six units. More than 4,000 students are served by approximately 500 staff members.<\/span><\/div>

In this way, it is possible to monitor children, adolescents, and young people from primary education, encompassing the curriculum components expected in basic education combined with artistic and sporting activities and language learning, all the way to higher education, where courses in Administration, Library Science, Physical Education (Bachelor’s and Licentiate degrees), and Pedagogy are offered.<\/span><\/p>

Furthermore, the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program offers opportunities for specialization in:<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>
